- What is the Pay As You Go plan?
- The Pay As You Go plan gives you access to the full platform for a low monthly fee with no credit commitment. Purchase credits as you need them, and they never expire. It's our most flexible option for brands getting started.
- How do credits work?
- Credits power all AI operations on the platform: content generation, image creation, brand analysis, and more. Each operation consumes a set number of credits based on its complexity. You can monitor your usage in the dashboard and top up anytime from the billing page.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Any credits you've purchased carry forward regardless of plan changes. Subscription credits reset on your billing cycle.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Credit-consuming operations are paused until you add more credits. You can purchase a top-up pack from the billing page or enable auto-refill to automatically replenish your balance when it drops below a threshold.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes! Our paid trial gives you full platform access with 1,500 credits for 30 days at a one-time fee. When you upgrade to a paid plan, any remaining trial credits carry over. Nothing is wasted. One trial per account.
